Nutritionist and Diet Consultant, Mini Abraham believes that a permanent lifestyle change is the only way to live life to its fullest.
She is available in powai and chembur for diet consultation and weight loss treatment. Mini began life as a clinical Dietician at St. John’s Hospital, Bangalore before she moved to Mumbai.
After a short stint at a Gymnasium chain, she quickly realized the futility of crash diets and drastic changes that were temporary. She found her true calling in spreading the word about leading a healthy lifestyle, adopting a holistic approach to fitness.
Practicing on her own, for over 28 years now, Mini has worked with people from all walks of life, all age groups and has fine tuned her approach to fit the lifestyle of people all around the world. Her approach of customizing plans to her individual clients, encouraging them to make a gradual but permanent change in their lifestyle and working with them at every step to reach their ideal body weight has won her many admirers and a large and satisfied clientele.
The basis of all her nutrition advice however is rooted in her deep understanding of the science of Nutrition (through her education, a Post graduation in Dietetics and a graduation in Home science) and many of her clients have experienced numerous other benefits of a natural and healthy diet like beautiful skin and hair.

Mini Abraham completed one month of volunteer service with ProPeru Service Corps in Urubamba, Peru.
Mini has played a pivotal role in important projects such as the Cleaner burning stoves and Ceramic water filter projects. She had volunteered for an average of 25 hours a week, and has developed a nutritional pamphlet to accompany the projects in order to provide a better healthier eating habit for the local Peruvians.
